Emergency hours:
• After 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weekends: 24 hours
What qualifies as an emergency?
• Major water line breaks
• Sewer backups or overflows
• Loss of water service affecting your home or neighborhood
• Hazardous road conditions (large debris, flooding, etc.)
• Any issue that poses an immediate risk to public health or safety
